Welcome to AICleanBox (hereinafter referred to as the "App"). Please read this Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") carefully before using the App. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you signify that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all the provisions of these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please immediately stop using this App.

1. App Description

AICleanBox is a localized storage optimization and management tool designed for iOS devices. Its main features include:

• Photo Cleanup: Provides functions for detecting duplicate photos and videos, finding similar media, identifying large files, sorting small files, short videos, and blurry pictures. You can use intuitive swipe gestures or batch operations to delete them. All media analysis and deduplication algorithms are processed 100% locally on your device.
• Contacts Cleanup: Scans, merges, or deletes duplicate phone numbers, duplicate names, or incomplete contact information.
• Speaker Cleanup: Utilizes sound vibrations at specific frequency ranges to help dislodge dust from your device's speakers and microphone grills.
• Privacy Space: Allows you to import specific photos and videos from your system album into an isolated sandbox space within the App, protected and verified by a secure PIN code.

2. Data and Privacy (100% Localized)

We deeply respect your data security and privacy. For more detailed rules, please review our Privacy Policy. Our core principles are:

• Fully Offline Processing, Zero Uploads: All your operations involving photo cleanup, contact management, and transferring private photos are performed entirely within your local device. The App contains no background server data collection routines and will never upload your private media or contacts to any network.
• System Permissions: To provide these core features, you must grant the App read and write access to your Photos and Contacts. You have the right to revoke these permissions in your system settings at any time, which may render the corresponding cleanup features unavailable.
• File Security in Privacy Space: The security of files stored in the "Privacy Space" relies entirely on your PIN code and your device's local sandbox storage security. We cannot access your password, nor can we help you recover files. If you forget your PIN, delete the app by mistake, or if your device is damaged, the data in the Privacy Space will be permanently lost. We strongly advise you to keep your PIN code safe.

3. Usage Rules

By using the App, you agree to the following rules:

• You must ensure that the content you organize or manage does not violate any legal rights of any third party.
• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App.
• Features such as Photo and Contact cleanup involve the permanent deletion of your local files. You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your selection before issuing a "delete" command. We hold no responsibility for any data loss resulting from accidental deletion.

4. Disclaimers

• The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to provide accurate media filtering and stable cleanup services, we do not make any express or implied warranties regarding the absolute accuracy of the image similarity algorithms or error-free judgments.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any data loss caused by your own improper operations (e.g., accidentally batch-deleting important photos, forgetting your PIN making Privacy Space inaccessible, failing to back up important data) or related to system-level device faults.
• The "Speaker Cleanup" is purely a physical acoustic assistance tool. The actual dust removal effect depends on your specific device. We do not provide any functional guarantees regarding the physical condition of your hardware.

5. Changes and Termination of the Terms

• We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be published within the App and the effective date will be updated. Your continued use of the App signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.
• You may terminate your use of the App at any time by uninstalling it. Upon termination, these Terms lose effect for you, and all associated data within the App's sandbox space (including your "Privacy Space" files) will be permanently destroyed by the operating system.

6. Miscellaneous

• These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising shall first be resolved through friendly consultation.
• If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the Terms and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
