Welcome to AICleanBox. We understand the importance of your personal information and privacy. This Privacy Policy details how we handle, process, and protect your data when you use our core features, which include Photo Cleanup, Contacts Cleanup, Speaker Cleanup, and Privacy Space.

1. Core Privacy Principles: 100% Local Processing

We purposefully designed AICleanBox to prioritize your privacy:

• Fully Localized Processing: All data analysis, including photo matching and contact organization, is performed locally on your device. We use offline algorithms that run directly on your smartphone.
• No Server Uploads: We do not upload your photos, videos, or contacts to any cloud server. Your private data never leaves your device.

2. How We Handle Your Information

2.1 Photo Cleanup (Media Analysis)

• Functionality: AICleanBox scans your device's photo library to identify exact duplicates, similar images, large files, small files, short videos, and blurry photos to help you organize and delete unwanted files.
• Data Processing: This feature requires access to your Photo Library (with your explicit permission). All image processing, similarity detection, and categorization happen entirely locally. At no point do we transfer, back up, or analyze your media files on external servers. The "swipe to delete" or "batch delete" actions reflect changes directly to your device's local storage.

2.2 Contacts Cleanup

• Functionality: We scan your contacts to find duplicate names, duplicate phone numbers, or incomplete information, allowing you to merge or delete them.
• Data Processing: Contact scanning requires access to your device's Contacts (with your explicit permission). The merging and deletion operations are performed locally on your device. We do not copy, upload, or share your contact list with any third parties or our own servers.

2.3 Speaker Cleanup

• Functionality: This feature emits sound waves at specific frequency ranges to help vibrate and dislodge dust from your device's speakers.
• Data Processing: This is a hardware utility feature. It does not collect, record, or use any personal data, nor does it access your microphone.

2.4 Privacy Space

• Functionality: Allows you to move sensitive photos or videos from your main album into a secure sandbox environment within AICleanBox, protected by a PIN code.
• Data Processing: Items moved to the Privacy Space are encrypted or hidden within the local, sandboxed storage on your device. We cannot help you recover them if you forget your PIN, because the encryption keys are stored exclusively on your device. These files are never uploaded or synced to our servers.

3. Third-Party Analytics and Crash Reporting

In order to provide a stable experience and improve our product, we may collect fully anonymous usage data and crash logs (e.g., via Apple's standard App Store Connect services). This information is non-identifiable and strictly relates to app performance (like crash times and UI interactions), containing no personal photos, contacts, or user identities.

4. Data Storage and Retention

Since all your personal data (Photos, Contacts, Privacy Space items) is processed and stored locally, you maintain total control over its retention. When you delete a photo or contact using AICleanBox, it is removed from your device. If you uninstall AICleanBox, any items stored exclusively within the Privacy Space will also be permanently deleted by the operating system.

5. Your Privacy Rights

You have full authority over your data:

• Revoke Permissions: You can revoke AICleanBox's access to your Photos or Contacts at any time through your device's Settings.
• Data Deletion: You can delete any processed data within AICleanBox or simply uninstall the app to remove its localized sandbox contents.

6. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy periodically to reflect new features or legal requirements. Updated versions will be accessible within AICleanBox. We encourage you to review this policy occasionally.
